SJ and Company offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience.

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email me at sarahjane@sjandcompany.ca. Please include a brief description of the reason why you are not satisfied. I will personally be contacting you to help resolve the problem.

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund.

Terms and Conditions

7 DAYS: All returns must be postmarked no later than 7 calendar days after the order is received.

Returns

If your return is eligible for a refund, I will provide you with the steps to send the product back to me at your own expense.

Documentation

Your Return Authorization number and original invoice/order number must accompany your returned item(s) in order for SJ and Company to process your refund.

Good Condition

All returned items must be in their original state. All tags and packaging must be attached exactly as received.

Receiving a Refund

Once I receive the return and determine that it complies with our Terms & Conditions, I will promptly refund you the cost of the merchandise, plus any applicable taxes.

Your refund will be credited only to the method (s) of payment used to make the purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card.
